These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RitePrep Fulfillment website at riteprepfulfillment.com. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About these terms

These Terms apply to your use of our website and the tools on it, such as the quote forms, pricing estimator, and assistant. They do not by themselves create a fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics agreement. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written services agreement between you and RitePrep.

Using our website

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • Use the site in a way that violates any law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the site or its infrastructure
  • Copy, scrape, or reuse our content in a way not permitted below
  • Submit false, misleading, or another person's information

Quotes, estimates, and pricing tools

Pricing shown by our estimator or assistant is an informational estimate generated from standard rates. It is not an offer, a contract, or a final quote, and actual pricing depends on your specific requirements. A binding price is only established in a written quote or services agreement signed by RitePrep. We may change our rates, tools, and site content at any time.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the RitePrep name and brand, are owned by RitePrep or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to view the site for your own business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Third-party services and links

The site relies on third-party services and may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information or estimate on it is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RitePrep and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RitePrep harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
