Shopify 3PL Services Built Around Your Growth

RitePrep is a 3PL that specializes in Shopify fulfillment for direct-to-consumer brands, not a generic warehouse. Our systems are built around the Shopify order workflow, so inventory counts, tracking numbers, and order statuses update automatically between your store and our warehouse floor. Many brands start with Fulfillment by Shopify, then move to a dedicated Shopify 3PL once order volume grows or they need more flexibility.

Overview

What Is Shopify Fulfillment?

Shopify fulfillment is the process of storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders placed through a Shopify store. It can be handled in-house, through Shopify's own network, or by an outside 3PL partner like RitePrep that connects to your store and ships orders on your behalf.

Shopify operates its own service called Fulfillment by Shopify. Because it has eligibility requirements and limited warehouse locations, many growing brands instead choose a dedicated Shopify 3PL partner for more control over inventory placement, packaging, and turnaround time.

Some 3PLs, including RitePrep, fulfill Shopify orders and prep inventory for Amazon FBA from the same warehouse and the same inventory pool, which removes the need to split stock between two providers.

Good fit?

Who Shopify Fulfillment With RitePrep Fits

Brands choose us when they need:

A Shopify fulfillment network that doesn't require platform-specific eligibility rules
Same-day or next-day order processing
Real-time inventory visibility inside Shopify
A team that understands CPG, supplement, beauty, and apparel handling
One warehouse that fulfills Shopify orders and preps FBA shipments
DTC + Amazon

One Warehouse for Shopify Orders and Amazon FBA Prep

Most CPG and supplement brands don't sell on just one channel. If you run a Shopify store and an Amazon storefront, splitting inventory between two providers creates duplicate stock, slower restocks, and more room for error. RitePrep handles both from a single Austin, Texas facility:

Shopify DTC orders picked, packed, and shipped under your branding
Amazon FBA prep, including labeling, polybagging, and case-pack requirements
One shared inventory pool, so stock levels stay accurate across both channels
One account team that understands CPG compliance on both platforms

This is especially relevant for supplement and CPG brands managing lot numbers and expiration dates, where inventory accuracy across channels matters more than with standard apparel or general merchandise.

Wholesale

Wholesale and B2B Shopify Fulfillment

If your brand sells wholesale through Shopify B2B alongside your DTC storefront, fulfillment gets more complex. Pallet shipments, case-pack requirements, and retailer compliance labeling are different from a single-unit DTC order.

RitePrep supports both order types from the same inventory pool, so you're not managing two separate fulfillment systems. This is especially useful for CPG and supplement brands expanding from direct-to-consumer into retail or distributor relationships.
